Pricing
PDF EDITION: $30, (a mere 42 cents per arrangement). I’m depending on your goodwill as a community minded, ethical person and fellow musician to be fair and not copy the PDF file for all of your friends in the band. But I happily offer discounts for buying multiple copies. See below.
PRINT EDITION: $35 plus $9 for packing and shipping via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number.
DISCOUNTS: Order two and get 5% off. Order three or more and get 10% off.
Ordering and Payment
I’m not terribly sophisticated in regards to ordering and payment. Just contact Dan van Loon at danvanloon1@gmail.com, or use the form to the right and let me know what you want. If you’re ordering print copies and wish to ship using a UPS option rather than US Priority, I’ll calculate shipping costs and let you know via email reply. If you are ordering the PDF edition I will send your copy as an email attachment after your payment clears.
